About the Role
The Assistant to Project Manager plays a key role in enhancing fluidity of our business processes in relation to our external customer. He/She will provide consistent support to our management team, while also monitoring the development and delivery processes. The person in this role should be an excellent communicator, with a good work discipline and ethics. The Assistant to Project Manager will make the liaison between project team and administrative departments.
Main Responsibilities
- Assists project team colleagues with specific administrative tasks
- Supports the project team and HR department in planning and delivering the new employee onboarding process, including managing the logistics, infrastructure and work equipment aspects
- Manages time keeping related administrative tasks
- Delivers high quality operational and administrative support to the Finance, HR and project team management
- Facilitates process implementation and manages follow-up
- Updates databases and is responsible for reporting and controlling
- Works on planning, organizing and evaluating team outings and events
- Creates and maintains a customer focus environment and attitude towards internal customers and external partners
- Handles recurrent, routine secretary duties and project specific paperwork
Experience Expected For This Role:
- Advanced user of Microsoft Office with focus on Outlook and Excel
- University diploma is a must
- Previous experience in a similar role is a considerable advantage
Required Languages For This Role
- Advanced Hungarian and Romanian language knowledge is a must
- Excellent English is mandatory
- At least intermediate German is a strong plus
