ARIES (The Romanian Association for Electronic Industry and Software) and LVI ( Landes Verband der Industrie) from Baden-Württemberg, Germany are preparing a special economic mission in Stuttgart, between the 30th of March and the 1st of April 2014. According to Mr. Alexandru Borcea – President of ARIES, “ …the main goal of the Economic Mission in Stuttgart is to establish a contact point between Romanian companies members of ARIES and German companies from Baden-Württemberg land (region).”
The agenda is set to include a match-making session designed to boost and organize the interaction among participants. The mission is created as a high-level meeting event: Ministers, State Secretaries, C-Level Executives and business Owners have confirmed their attendance to this event.
On the occasion, the Permanent Baden-Württemberg Business Contact Office for Romanian Companies will be officially open. This initiative aims to strengthen the cooperation among the businesses from the German region and those from diverse Romanian regions.
Renowned for its high-tech industry, Stuttgart region shows Germany’s highest density of scientific, academic and research organizations. Having a long history in automotive, electronics, engineering and high-tech, Stuttgart hosts some of the world leading companies in the before mentioned areas: Daimler AG, Porsche, Bosch, Hewlett-Packard, IBM , Celesio and many more.
Since a significant share of Codespring’s total business is resulting for software development services delivered to German partners, our presence at the mission is of high relevance. The company grew alongside German (42%) and US (39%) partners, in each case dealing with leading companies in their own industry.
Codespring may be described as a senior lever team, since 72% of its members have over 5 years of software development hands-on experience. For this reason we trust our capacity of undertaking new challenging projects and coordinating new teams.
The academic partnerships that Codespring has with elite universities from Cluj-Napoca – namely Babes-Bolyai University and the Technical University from Cluj-Napoca results in joint R&D projects and scientific activities with students: semester projects, diploma thesis, summer practice and internships.
Since Cluj-Napoca is also growing as an IT and innovation hub, we are positive about the cooperation possibilities with Stuttgart region based companies.
Codespring will be represented by Mr. Levente Szelyes – CEO. The main objectives of the cooperations that we would like to start is the establishment of strategic partnerships for software development projects.
