On the 26th of June 2014 we had the pleasure of attending the Business Meeting organized by ANIS (The Employers’ Association of the Software and Services Industry) in Cluj-Napoca. The event was hosted by Fortech and it was an opportunity for the local members to share their ideas on the future of the software industry in Romania from the employers’ side.
Chaired by Ms. Valerica Dragomir – Executive Director, the meeting followed its natural course from analyzing a report of last year’s achievements to the open discussions about the association’s goals and objectives for the next year.
Among the most discussed topics, the issue of preparing the next ITC generation across the main ITC centers was widely debated during the meeting. We are glad to see that ANIS is trying to fulfill its role from this point of view, as it is a critical aspect for the future of Romanian ITC sector.
We did also appreciate the open attitude and the flexibility of the association to come closer to the members from Cluj-Napoca. We consider that with a greater cohesion from all ANIS members’ side, both the association and its constitutive partners will achieve their goals.
