About this role

Your role is to design firmware for innovative embedded systems for connected consumer appliances with specific security requirements. Your main assignments will target the development of new products, modules, systems and the improvement of the currently used technologies and methods.

Key Responsibilities As A Connectivity Firmware Developer

• develop software for RTOS based systems
• actively and proficiently handle C/C++ programming, networking programming and TCP/IP protocols
• manage and help implement cyber-security requests
• manage and execute debugging and testing procedures
• prepare and update the software’s product, module and system documentation

Professional Expectations From Your Side

• a master of BSc degree in Computer Science
• demonstrate experience as a firmware developer for RTOS systems
• show interest and experience with open source projects
• bring relevant work experience in projects with Wi-Fi, Ble, Zigbee

Technical Skills Required For This Role

Mandatory:

• Excellent C/C++ programming skills
• Good knowledge of Python programming skills

Good to have:

• Networking programming
• Computer networks, networking and TCP/IP protocols
• Cyber security knowledge
• Good knowledge of SW tools like Jenkins, Jira
• Good Knowledge of software development life cycle: coding standards and best practices, code reviews, source control management (Git), build processes (CI/CD), testing and release
