Codespring │ Softech is looking for a new team member to join us as Financial Lead. Our 25 years old software development award-winning team from Transylvania invites you to build upon your know-how in finance and accounting and contribute to the growth of our team.
Your Responsibilities As A Financial Lead
- Coordinates the work of the Finance team with focus on processes, deadlines and correctness
- Prepares and reviews administrative issues and communicates with internal and external stakeholders
- Reviews information in the internal data systems
- Prepares the financial details of the legal documents
- Actively collaborates with the company`s management team and with the Accounting firm
- Other various tasks: plans and reviews daily processes, cash-flow management, financial controlling, transfers, payments, etc.
What We Expect From Your Side
- Ba degree or similar
- Minimum 5 years of experience in financial, accounting and administrative roles
- Team player and leadership skills
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office and experienced SAGA C user
- Proactive attitude, determination and good decision making skills
- Trust and reliability
- Attention to details
- Excellent communication skills
The Languages You Should Speak
- Fluent in Romanian and Hungarian,
- At least intermediate level of English
