About The HR Manager Role
The HR Manager role covers the particular aspects needed in our software development team, as follows:
- Acts as liaison between teams in various People Management aspects: strategic planning, employee well-being and motivation, conflicts management, performance management, leadership development, process improvement
- Conducts individual and team meetings to resolve employee grievances, train managers in how to coach and mentor, and counsel employees and supervisors
- Coordinates, reviews and implements HR strategy and policies, in strong collaboration with development teams and continuously offers suggestions for improvement
- Identifies, coordinates and evaluates HR process improvement related projects
- Manages recruitment and selection of new employees
- Designs employee probation period evaluation, recurrent career discussion and performance improvement plan
- Identifies training needs in collaboration with the leadership team,
- Implements post – training performance monitoring & evaluations
- Plans learning and development strategy
- Conducts employee surveys and revises the employee motivation & reward system in order to increase the motivation level of employees, recommending new benefit system to the board
- Nurtures a positive working environment enhancing the internal communication between and with employees
- Organizes and facilitates recurrent company and team meetings, supervises the HR and Office team in company events management
- Builds and effectively manages interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company
Requirements For The HR Manager Role
- B.S. and / or M.S. in Human Resources or related fields
- At least 5 years experience in HR
- Excellent leadership and people management skills
- Experience in ITO or BPO related HR processes is an advantage
- Ability to work independently and in a team
Required Languages For This Role
- Proficient English is a must
- Hungarian is a must
