About The Role and The Project
As a manual software tester you will join our special team that develops a cloud based alarming and crisis management system. It is a smart event communication platform with support of different channel types. Whenever the worst case scenario occurs, it is important to be prepared and this project has been specifically developed for this purpose. According to a predefined set of rules, it provides information and sends alarms using all available communication channels, notifies users about specific events and informs about any required responses.
We are really proud that this project won the DEKRA Startup award in 2019 and the Software Outsourcing Project of the Year in 2020.
Your QA Responsibilities As A Manual Software Tester
- The main part of the job is the manual testing (80-90%)
- You will have to validate the tasks of the sprints
- You will execute release tests
- You will execute regression tests
- As a creative part of the job, you will create test cases
- You will also write and execute performance tests by using JMeter
What Experience Is Expected For This Role:
- Experience in web application testing
- Postman knowledge
- Basic linux knowledge
It Would Be Also Great To Have:
- Experience in mobile application testing
- Basic programming knowledge
- Selenium framework knowledge
- SQL knowledge
