About the Role in Our Company

The Office Manager will be responsible for keeping our Odorheiu Secuiesc (Székelyudvarhely) office running smoothly. We are searching for an energetic professional comfortable wearing multiple hats: he/she will deal with administrative tasks, events planning, and will have to approach challenges easily and with a fast learning pace.

In this role our new colleague will have a strong collaboration with the Management, Human Resources, Finance and Marketing team, and will be the first touchpoint between the Odorheiu Secuiesc (Székelyudvarhely) office employees and the Cluj (Kolozsvár) team.

Efficiently communicates and collaborates with all the administrative departments (Management, HR, Finance, Marketing, IT) and with the colleagues

Main Responsibilities

• Engages in building an overall well-being environment at the workplace
• Assists colleagues with specific administrative related tasks
• Participates in planning and delivering the new employees onboarding process
• Manages the local Internship related actions
• Takes part in the implementation of local HR policies
• Offers high quality operational and administrative support to the Finance manager
• Works on planning, organizing and evaluating the company’s events
• Plans and organizes work and fire safety trainings and periodical medical check-up.
• Point person for maintenance, mailing, shipping, supplies, equipment, bills, etc.
• Creates and maintains a customer focus environment and attitude towards internal customers and external partners

Experience Expected For This Role:

• Experienced user of Microsoft Office with focus on Outlook and Excel
• University diploma is a plus
• Previous experience in a similar role is considerable advantage

Required Languages For This Role

• Advanced Hungarian and Romanian language knowledge
• Intermediate English, is welcome but not mandatory
