On the 25th of January 2012, Codespring welcomes all interested software development professionals at our stand at the Job Fair organized within the “Equal Chances’ Week” event. The dedicated location is the “Octavian Goga” County Public Library building, Dorobantilor street, nr. 104. We are waiting you with fresh openings, company presentation and a great willingness to share information with all potential candidates.
The Job Fair day and the “Equal Chances’ Week” is part of a broader program, symbolically named “S.A.N.S.A.” (CHANCE), an acronym from the Romanian words meaning: Chance-Acceptance-Need-Security-Access to work. It is a program organized by the Romanian Ministry of Labour, Family and Social Protection, in partnership with Pestalozzi Foundation and Provincia di Perugia, Italy, led by Media Online communication agency. This initiative is co-financed via the Human Resources Development Operational Programme 2007-2013.
Codespring salutes the initiative by joining the companies involved in the Job Fair and by promoting its openings at the fair. Not only we have to offer interesting positions within our software development and outsourcing company, but we can also give a good advice to everyone who is looking for a job in the IT&C industry.
As usual, we give recall some guiding “must haves” at the fair: prepare your updated Résumé, bring a few hardcopies with you, state your career objective, note all your hard and soft skills;
If you have already targeted your desired company, prepare a customized “Letter of Intent” to leave at the stand; And a tip to advance you in the rankings: prepare some questions for the company representatives; Nevertheless, the most important tip is that you be sincere and friendly!
