.NET DEVELOPER

The project:

It is about software helping our customers to create estimations and schedules for the construction industry based on the 3D model of the building created in various modeling applications.  Performance, memory management and concurrent programming are crucial for the application and are guaranteed by the simultaneous multi-user, multi-branch project environment based on a native object-oriented database.

The development team is involved in product design as well, in order to implement the best feature set available on the market.

The job:

The .Net Developer will implement cutting edge user interface modules in a performance and memory critical multi-user environment. You will work with the other functional component and application development teams to understand their functional requirements. You are invited to bring ideas in the design and architecture of this framework. You will be optimizing the persistence framework that needs to store large numbers of both small objects and very large objects with very high IO rates. An essential thing to remember is that you will work as a member of a development team, sharing knowledge with others while taking care of meeting all project deadlines.

The must haves:

Technically, you are required a B.S. or M.S. in Computer Science and 3 years of proven .Net development experience. Your experience in working with DevExpress WinForms components and in a mixed C++/.Net environment should take you to the short list. Extensive OOP, basic UML and Windows development experience are highly required. You must have the ability to follow development processes and to write a very clean and readable code. If you have experience in performance and memory-oriented programming, in concurrent programming, then you should have more chances to get on the top candidates. Additionally, proven experience with object-oriented databases will definitely be an advantage.

You also should be able to work smoothly within a larger development team. A good command of English is mandatory, both in writing and in speaking. You must be quick and have a strong motivation for the job.
