Beetween March 1 – 29 it was organized a project management training for three of our colleagues; this training was aimed to emphasize the knowledge regarding the writing of internal application for European funds for different purposes of our employees, for ex. organizing training sessions (professional and soft skills trainings), funds for company development, for research activities with students from Universities, s.o.

The courses /workshops had valuable information content and enjoying situational (role) games, also good examples from real inviting applications.

The goal was to prepare our EU funded project’s project manager, financial responsible and hr specialist so that our company can succesfully launch the absorption process of the structural funds and this way to offer for our employees the chance to be among the best and also emphasized our company values.
