Codespring HR team started the Spotting Talent 2011 campaign with a workshop at the Babes-Bolyai University (UBB). The event was inspiringly named “MEET YOUR FUTURE” and it already became a traditional summer practice programme. Held on the 4th of March 2011, in the Glass Hall of the UBB headquarters, we were glad to see that the IT&C sector from Cluj-Napoca was extremely well represented.
Supported through European Regional Funds for Human Resources Development, “MEET YOUR FUTURE” is a flagship programme inviting students to apply the theory they learn during the university years in their summer practice. Companies like Codespring, offer various practice themes and applications. So, students may choose according to their targeted career path.
This year, we were amazed about the number of participating students. It is real proof that the summer practice programme is valued. Most of the questions were related to the application and selection schedule, to the effective duration of the summer practice and the hottest question: “what are the chances to be hired after the summer practice?”.
In such order of ideas, Codespring made public again its “Career Excellence Plan” and the values we are looking for in potential candidates. In a couple of weeks, we will post online the summer practice offer: themes, technologies and available vacancies.
