Codespring’s “SPOTTING TALENT” spring campaign constinues this Friday, on the 15th of April 2011, at “ BURSA LOCURILOR DE MUNCA PENTRU ABSOLVENTI” (The Job Fair for Fresh Graduates) in Cluj-Napoca.
Location and time: “Casa de Cultura a Studentilor” from Cluj –Napoca, 1-3, Lucian Blaga Square; between 9.00 a.m. and 13.00 p.m.
The event is being organized by the Agentia Judeteana Pentru Ocuparea Fortei de Munca din Cluj (Cluj County Work Force Agency) in partnership with PSIHOSELECT, a top local private HR company. It aims to create a context where new graduates can meet their potential employers.
Codespring will participate at this fair, in order to communicate the current opportunities for fresh IT&C graduates. Should you consider a career in software development, we invite you to visit us at the job fair and find out more about our company and its’ team.
As usual, we give you some tips for a successful meeting at the fair:
- Prepare your updated Résumé;
- Bring a few hardcopies with you;
- State your career objective;
- Note all your hard and soft skills;
- If you have already targeted your desired company, prepare a customized “Letter of Intent” to leave at the stand;
- Prepare some questions for the HR representatives;
- …and most important: be fresh and friendly!
